California’s Exclusive Drug Rehab Center, we are here for your call, 1-877-412-3669

The most exclusive drug rehab center in California is located at the California drug Rehab Center in Malibu California. California is home to many drug rehab centers, some very well known, and others, like us, that want to “fly under the radar”, so to speak, so that we can offer our residents the ultimate in privacy. Along with our privacy we also offer the exclusivity that comes with being situated on a private estate in a quiet high-end neighborhood on a private drive. Located in the hills of Malibu, our drug rehab center affords unobstructed views of the beaches of Malibu and the Pacific Ocean. Looking at our facility from the outside it looks like a private luxury estate. And that is exactly what we wanted. Unlike other drug rehabs in California, we believe that privacy and anonymity are two things that are most helpful in seeing successful recovery for our residents.

Exclusivity is noticed once you come through our doors. From the exquisite custom wood floors and large windows from every room, you at once feel wrapped in luxury. Private bedrooms with large screen plasma TVs, king size four-poster designer beds, private bathrooms with marble tile and Jacuzzi tubs are just the beginning. We have a fully equipped weight and exercise room, and just outside is a full size lap pool with views of the surrounding mountains and especially the beaches of Malibu. A gourmet chef will prepare meals specifically for your dietary needs. Your own personal trainer will help get you back in physical shape. Yoga and massage therapy are there to also help you think and feel great.

This probably doesn’t sound like traditional drug rehab and it isn’t. Because we offer these luxuries and unequalled privacy, our residents can focus on their recovery while being pampered. We believe you will have the best experience of your life while you are here in treatment, and that is just the way we think it should be. If you are looking for the best drug treatment available, call the California Drug Rehab Center at 1-877-412-3669. California’s exclusive drug rehab center is a phone call away. Make the call now and have recovery become a reality.

Effective Drug Rehab

What is effective drug rehab? If you look at the end from the beginning I would have to say that effective drug rehab equates to permanent recovery, or in other words true long-term sobriety. It is not enough to be “effective” while in treatment, but after you leave rehab you have to tools, knowledge and motivation to stay sober.

So what are the elements of an effective rehab strategy? First, effective rehab has to address your unique situation. Everyone is different. All addicts come from different backgrounds and have different life styles and different circumstances. To make treatment effective we have to look at all of these variable and treat the whole person. What makes you use? What are your triggers? What is your emotional state? What are your surroundings? What is the status of your ultimate support group once you leave rehab? Once we have answers to these and other questions we can then develop a rehab program to address your specific needs.

Second, we believe rehab should be enjoyable. That means you have to like being here. If you like being here, chances are you will internalize your treatment and it will become a part of you. If you hate rehab, that means you are resisting treatment. And if you are resisting treatment it cannot be effective.

Third, effective rehab has to help those around you, your support group after you leave rehab, to understand addiction, and specifically your addiction. We have a family program that helps family members and others you choose to attend. It helps them understand the disease of addiction and how they can help you and not enable you. They will understand what they need to do to help you once you leave rehab. Since they are your primary support mechanism after you leave rehab, we believe it is important for them to have the skills necessary to help you stay sober.

If you have any questions about how an effective drug rehab program can help you, please call us today at 1-877-412-3669. We can help you get sober and stay sober. But you have to make the call and then let the healing process begin.

Drug Detox

For some, drug rehab cannot begin until after they have gone through detox. We have professional medical personnel that are trained and experienced in detox. They will know the type of detox that is best for you, whether that is a holistic detox based on medical supervision with rest, diet and exercise, or whether you will need assistance with alternate drug therapy to ease your detox. Whatever your needs are, we can help you get through detox quickly and painlessly.

If you have any questions about detox, and whether you need detox, please call us today at 1-877-412-3669. We will answer all your questions and help you make the decision to begin your rehab with our successful detox treatment programs.

Aftercare for Successful Long-term Recovery

As already mentioned, rehab by itself is not enough to assure long-term recovery. Once you leave rehab you will be back in life with many of the same challenges and stresses that you had before you came to rehab. While you are here we will help you identify those stresses and triggers and give you the skills and knowledge to handle them properly without drugs. But you need more than this. You need someone you can talk to each day who knows what you are going through because they have been there. That person is your sponsor. We will help you get a sponsor before you leave so that you have that support. We will also help you find a local drug rehab counselor that you can meet with to help you in your recovery. These two additional elements will help you stay sober and healthy.

For additional information or immediate assistance on the drug rehab programs at the California Drug Rehab Center, please call us anytime at 1-877-412-3669. We are California’s exclusive drug rehab center.

The good news is that there are plenty of substance abuse rehabs in Los Angeles. The catch, unfortunately, is that not all drug rehab programs are equally capable of promoting wellness. Substance abuse treatment is a delicate process, one that can only be successful if it’s administered in exactly the right way. In exploring your drug rehabilitation options, then, it’s hugely important that you seek out the best care available to you. The right choice will quite literally change your life. Many people view drug abuse and addiction as strictly a social problem. Parents, teens, older adults, and other members of the community tend to characterize people who take drugs as morally weak or as having criminal tendencies. They believe that drug abusers and addicts should be able to stop taking drugs if they are willing to change their behavior.

These myths have not only stereotyped those with drug-related problems, but also their families, their communities, and the health care professionals who work with them. Drug abuse and addiction comprise a public health problem that affects many people and has wide-ranging social consequences. It is NIDA’s goal to help the public replace its myths and long-held mistaken beliefs about drug abuse and drug addiction with scientific evidence that addiction is a chronic, relapsing, and treatable disease. According to the 2005 National Survey on Drug Use and Health there are now 22.5 million Americans suffering from drug addiction and/or alcohol addiction. .

Without proper treatment, the prognosis is poor for those suffering from alcohol and drug addiction: the body deteriorates, the mind is damaged, and families fall apart.

Drug abuse is a devastating disease. The fact that you’ve made it this far says you don’t need a lecture about the perils of addiction. You know drug abuse strips its victims of their dignity, and turns them into strangers to everything and everyone they’ve ever cared about. But that doesn’t have to be the end of the story. Indeed, successful drug abuse treatment can make a world of difference for addicts and their loved ones. The only catch, of course, is that you have to take the first step.

The fight against drug abuse can’t start until you let it. If you’re going to get sober, it’s going to be because you find the courage to admit that you have a problem, and to seek the help you need from a drug addiction treatment facility you can trust. If left untreated, drug abuse will ruin your life. Successful drug abuse rehab will save it. For your own sake, for the sake of the people who care about you…make today the day you start finding that out on your own terms.

Drug abuse is not a choice

Drug abuse is not a choice. No one ever “decides” to be a drug addict. On the contrary, addiction is a disease, and like all it diseases it can only be overcome with the help of competent clinical care. Whoever you are, however “in control” you believe yourself to be…you can’t beat drug abuse on your own. You need help. Only those addicts who enroll in private drug treatment programs can reasonably expect to get sober for good. Given the stakes, you can’t afford to learn that lesson the hard way.

The fact that you’ve made it this far shows you don’t need a lecture on the perils of substance abuse. You know that addiction is an awful disease. Now all that remains is for you to do something about it. The day you check into a drug rehabilitation center will be the day you start rediscovering the world as you used to know it, and yourself as you used to be. It’s hard to imagine how anyone could ever need any more persuading than that.

Working with addicts

I work at a drug rehabilitation in Los Angeles. I am a counselor, I spend all day, and some nights with drug addicts who, as you may know, are not always the easiest people to be around. They live with their drug addiction every day, and in turn, so do I. Some days its really, really hard. At the specific drug rehab I work at, we get new people every month who are trying to get sober. For some of them, sobriety is a hard thing to attain. I see people breaking down, people trying to face their fears, people trying to deal with serious drug abuse issues. Just the other day I saw this young kid crying. I sat with him for hours, talking to him, listening to him, sharing what I know about drug addiction but nothing seemed to work. Then, he said the most amazing thing. He said he that there are a million places he’d rather be, but that deep down, in the same place that makes him a drug addict, he knows being there is the right thing. As soon as he said that I leaned back, and smiled. He asked me how could I be smiling? I told him, you know what, I feel the same way. There’s a million places I’d rather be, but right then and there I know that sitting with him, listening to him, was where I needed to be. Then, he smiled.

Hooked! Prescription drug addiction

I was hooked on OxyContin before I knew what me. OxyContin addiction creeps up on you, is the problem…grows little by little, so that by the time you’re aware of the fact that you might have a problem it’s already too late. And believe me: It’s not much fun to wake up one day and realize you’re a full-on prescription drug addict.

I couldn’t have beaten my OxyContin problem without help. Prescription drug treatment more or less saved my life, if you really want to know: saved me from myself, saved me from that overwhelming need that makes prescription drug addiction so hard to overcome in the first place. Without OxyContin treatment, I wouldn’t be here today. And for that, I suppose, I can’t be anything but grateful.

Maybe you or someone you care about has succumbed to OxyContin abuse. You aren’t alone. Every year, millions of Americans fall victim to drug abuse. And every year, millions of Americans get healthy in drug treatment centers. You can be among them, if you have the courage to get help. Your future, you might say, is in your hands. How you shape it is up to you.

drug abuse treatment

Drug Abuse, Drug Treatment No Comments

There are two kinds of drug abuse treatment patients: Those who buy in, and those who don’t.

The drug abuse treatment patient who buys in is the one who really wants to get better; the one who’s engaged with his healing and who’s committed to the fight. The drug abuse treatment patient who doesn’t buy in is the one never makes that commitment; the drug abuse treatment patient who doesn’t buy in talks about wanting to get better without really meaning it, or at least without understanding what it means to mean it. The drug abuse treatment patient who doesn’t buy in is the one who waits to get healed, and who expects drug abuse treatment doctors to do the heavy lifting for him.

The drug abuse treatment patient who doesn’t buy in, in the end, is the drug treatment patient who doesn’t get better. The drug abuse treatment patient who does, well…

Let’s just say there’s nothing sweeter than an investment that pays long-run dividends.
